1Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 365vegas platform, creating an account, making a deposit or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety. Your acceptance is effective from the moment you tick the "I agree to the Terms and Conditions" checkbox during registration and remains in effect for the full duration of your use of 365vegas.

If you are using 365vegas on behalf of another person, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person to these Terms and that you accept these Terms on their behalf. In practice, however, account sharing is not permitted — see Section 2 for full account rules.

365vegas reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will always post an updated version with a revised date at the top of this page.

2Eligibility & Account Rules

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use 365vegas. We take this requirement seriously and reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time. Any account found to be registered by or accessible to a person under 18 will be immediately suspended and all funds in that account will be forfeited pending investigation.

2.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on 365vegas. Registering multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other variation — is strictly prohibited. If we detect multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be suspended and any winnings may be voided.

2.3 Accurate Information

You are required to provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information when registering. This includes your real name, valid email address, active Pakistani mobile number and correct date of birth. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any balance held.

2.4 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your 365vegas login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised person, you must notify 365vegas immediately via live chat or email at support@365vegas.app. We cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where you have failed to take reasonable steps to protect your credentials.

2.5 Account Verification

365vegas may at any time request identity verification documents including a copy of your national identity card (CNIC), proof of address or proof of payment method. This process is standard practice in the gaming industry and is required to protect all players from fraud and financial crime. You agree to cooperate fully with any verification request within the timeframe specified.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

365vegas accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via the following approved payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards issued by Pakistani banks. We do not accept third-party deposits — the payment method you use must belong to you personally and be registered in your name.

3.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit on 365vegas is Rs 500. There is no maximum deposit limit, although large deposits may be subject to enhanced due diligence as required by our compliance procedures. All deposits are credited to your 365vegas balance in PKR with no currency conversion and no platform fees.

3.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within two hours under standard conditions for Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals. Bank IBFT transfers may take up to 24 hours depending on your financial institution. Card withdrawals are processed within 3–5 working days in accordance with card scheme rules. 365vegas charges no fees on withdrawal transactions.

3.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

To be eligible for withdrawal, your account must have completed identity verification. Funds that have been received as part of a bonus may be subject to wagering requirements before they become eligible for withdrawal — see Section 4 for full bonus terms. 365vegas reserves the right to request verification documents before processing any withdrawal request.

4Bonuses & Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

From time to time 365vegas offers welcome bonuses and promotional offers to new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, which will be communicated clearly at the time the offer is made. These terms will include any applicable wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds requirements for sports betting bonuses and expiry dates.

4.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your 365vegas account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the specific promotion terms. For example, a 20× wagering requirement on a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must place a total of Rs 20,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash. Bets that are voided, cashed out early or placed at odds below the minimum threshold may not count towards wagering requirements.

4.3 Bonus Abuse

365vegas strictly prohibits bonus abuse including but not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk betting strategies designed solely to clear wagering requirements, staking bonus funds on excluded game types or colluding with other players to exploit promotional offers. If we determine that bonus abuse has occurred, we reserve the right to void the bonus, any associated winnings and to suspend or close the account.

4.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses and free spins credits expire within the timeframe specified in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from your account automatically and cannot be reinstated. It is your responsibility to ensure you use any bonus offer within its stated validity period.

5Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on 365vegas are subject to the specific rules governing each sport and bet type. Odds are displayed at the time of bet placement and are correct at that moment. 365vegas reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error, human error or data feed issue. In such cases, the stake will be returned to your account in full.

5.2 Live In-Play Betting

In-play bets are accepted at 365vegas's discretion and may be suspended at any time, particularly during key moments of a sporting event such as goal kicks, penalties or player injuries. Bets that are accepted and confirmed before the suspension take effect will stand. Any bets accepted after an event has concluded will be voided regardless of the displayed odds.

5.3 Casino Games

All casino games on 365vegas — including slots, live blackjack, live roulette, live baccarat, Teen Patti, Dragon Tiger and all other titles — operate using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for automated games, and physical dealing equipment operated by trained dealers for live games. Game results are final once displayed. No bet may be altered or cancelled after it has been confirmed. Technical malfunctions during a game session will result in the bet being voided and the stake returned.

5.4 Maximum Winnings

365vegas reserves the right to apply maximum winnings caps on individual bets, sessions or within specific time periods. These limits will be communicated in the specific game or promotion rules. Payment of winnings above the stated maximum is at the sole discretion of 365vegas management.

6Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

365vegas is committed to providing a fair and enjoyable environment for all players. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over 365vegas or other players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds or loopholes in game mechanics to generate artificial winnings.
• Colluding with other players in casino games, including chip dumping in poker formats or coordinating bets to exploit promotions.
• Match-fixing or betting on any event in which you have a direct or indirect role in influencing the outcome.
• Using stolen, fraudulent or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering or using 365vegas for any illegal financial purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating any other person.

365vegas employs sophisticated fraud detection systems and monitors all account activity. If suspicious patterns are detected, we reserve the right to place a temporary hold on your account pending investigation without prior notice.

7Account Suspension & Closure

365vegas reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete identity verification, suspected underage gambling or at the request of the account holder themselves. Where an account is suspended for investigation, we will aim to resolve the matter and communicate the outcome within 14 days.

If you wish to close your account voluntarily, you may do so by contacting our support team via live chat or email. Any genuine balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method after all pending wagering requirements have been assessed. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will not be paid out on account closure.

If an account is closed by 365vegas due to a breach of these Terms, any winnings derived from the breaching conduct may be voided and the account balance returned to the original deposit amount at our discretion.

8Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, stored and processed in accordance with the 365vegas Privacy Policy. By agreeing to these Terms you also consent to the data practices described in that document. In summary, we collect the information necessary to operate your account, process payments, comply with our legal obligations and provide customer support. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

365vegas uses industry-standard SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and our platform. Your financial information is handled securely and is never stored in plain text on our systems. We comply with applicable data protection requirements and will respond to data access requests within 30 days of receipt.

9Responsible Gaming

10Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any 365vegas content without our prior written permission. Unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

11Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 365vegas, its officers, directors, employees and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to: losses from betting or gaming activity, technical failures, interruptions to service, delays in payment processing, or unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

365vegas does not guarantee that the platform will be available without interruption or free from errors at all times. We will make reasonable efforts to ensure availability and will communicate planned maintenance in advance wherever possible. In the event of a technical fault that affects a game or bet in progress, 365vegas's decision on how to resolve the matter is final.

12Amendments to Terms

365vegas reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players via email to the address on file and will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Where changes are minor or clarificatory in nature, we may update these Terms without direct notification, but the revised version will always be available on this page.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you continue to use 365vegas after any changes take effect, you are deemed to have accepted the updated Terms. If you do not accept a material change, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to arrange withdrawal of any remaining balance.

13Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from your use of 365vegas shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute between you and 365vegas, we encourage you to contact our support team in the first instance so that we can work to resolve the matter informally and quickly.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the dispute resolution procedures described in our FAQ section. 365vegas will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and in a timely manner. Our decisions on all gaming and betting outcomes are final once the relevant round or event has been settled.
